The Women's Center at Duke Divinity School

As many of you already know, the Women’s Center has gone through a bit of redesign this summer–we’ve updated the look of the center and updated our very old logo!

You can see the old logo at the post below this one, and the new logo is the header of this website. It is also on a sign outside the Women’s Center, and also on the official school Women’s Center website over at http://www.divinity.duke.edu/studentlife/womenscenter.

Our room looks very different from last year as well. We hope you stop by to see it at some point, but until then, here are some pictures:

You can click on the picture to see it bigger. The pictures don’t give the room justice, but we hope they give you an idea of the new look. Also, we are not quite finished hanging some pictures, so that bare gray wall won’t be quite that bare!

Nonetheless, we hope you like what you see. Let us know what you think!

Here are some pictures of our final potluck from the 2008-2009 school year, where we said goodbye to Steph Neve and welcomed our new co-coordinator Emma Akpan and announced the coordinator who will come after me, Adrienne Koch.

We celebrated by getting some amazing cake and cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.
